Maintenance Co-ordinator: Immediate Justice
Main Purpose of Role
To support the facilities management team to provide a cost effective, safe, clean, comfortable, fit for purpose and statutorily compliant Force Estate.
To work both independently and as a team, to ensure that sites are well maintained and fully operational, through identification and resolution of risks, completion of minor repairs, maintenance and statutory checks.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate maintenance experience and knowledge to be considered for the role.

Vetting Level – Management – you must have resided in the UK for at least the last 5 years, with less than 12 months spent abroad (some exceptions for those living on a UK military base).
