We are seeking a lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our Wellbeing Team, playing a pivotal role in supporting the health, wellbeing and resilience of our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, helping to shape and deliver a proactive, evidence-based Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service.
The Role
As the Lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will provide professional clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary wellbeing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality occupational health services that promote and maintain the physical, mental and social wellbeing of our employees.
Working within a robust clinical governance framework, you will manage a varied caseload, providing specialist advice on fitness for work, attendance management, health surveillance, vaccinations and workplace wellbeing initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, employees and key stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and positive health outcomes across the organisation.
You will also contribute to the development of policies, wellbeing programmes and health promotion activities, while supporting and mentoring colleagues to ensure the continued delivery of an outstanding service.
