Joint Service Chaplain Coordinator

Support those who support others!

In this role, you will be providing guidance and leadership to a team of multifaith volunteer chaplains for Derbyshire Constabulary and Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, using your experience in pastoral care and team management.

You will coordinate the provision of a confidential pastoral and spiritual offering across both organisations, ensuring the effective and appropriate allocation of resources and promoting the support available from your team within the organisations.

You can make a real difference to the welfare of those who ensure our county stays safe.

You’ll be agile working 14.8 hours per week, over two days, providing flexibility around operational commitments.

The salary for part time hours will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, according to the number of hours for the role.
