Join us as an IT Technical Architect and help keep critical IT services running at their best. You'll play a key role in ensuring the performance, resilience and availability of IT infrastructure, providing expert support for complex technical challenges. From resolving major incidents to driving continuous service improvement, you'll help minimise business disruption and deliver reliable, high-quality services.

You’ll be

  • Investigating and resolving IT infrastructure issues, identifying root causes.
  • Driving service improvements by evaluating emerging technologies and industry developments.
  • Delivering critical infrastructure services through complex installations, upgrades and maintenance.

You must have

  • A technology degree or equivalent qualification or work experience at this level.
  • Complex issue resolution experience, including identification and investigation.
  • Ability to implement and managed enterprise system and infrastructure.
