We are offering an exciting paid placement for a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our Corporate Assets Dept for a 12‑month industry placement. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Student Placement within Corporate Assets, you will support the team with a range of tasks, which may include:
- Assessment of works completed by the contractor, ensuring correct application of pre-approved costs
- Quality Assurance of submitted paperwork and reports from the contractor, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements
- Monitor performance of the contractor through use of set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Assist with management of the department’s facilities helpdesk, resolving building maintenance issues
Your work will contribute directly to the department’s objectives and provide valuable real‑world experience.

No prior experience is necessary — training and support will be provided.
