HR Business Partner - part time
Location: Northallerton & Hybrid (occasional travel to sites across North Yorkshire)
Contract: Permanent - CURRENT AND FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES
Hours: Part time (minimum of two days per week)
Salary: £54,696 - £58,431 (PO 12-15) pro rata

We are recruiting for a strategic HR professional who thrives on influencing, partnering and driving organisational success through people.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategic people decisions, support organisational transformation and make a real difference to our people, leaders and communities, all while working as part of a supportive and forward-thinking People Services team.
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping workforce strategy, supporting leaders and delivering meaningful people solutions across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide expert advice on complex people matters, workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations and leadership development. You'll act as a trusted advisor, using data and insight to influence decision-making, improve performance and support the delivery of our organisational priorities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, challenging constructively and helping leaders create high-performing, engaged teams.
What You'll Bring
- Degree-level education (or equivalent).
- CIPD qualification and/or professional HR membership.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong employee relations and people management expertise.
- Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused and adaptable approach.
- Ability to travel across North Yorkshire as required.
