Use your administrative skills to make a difference

As an HR Administrator you will be able to use your organisational skills to gain HR experience and support our people services department.

You will be working 24.5 hours per week between 3-4 days per week with some flexibility available.

This is for a fixed term to cover maternity leave until July 2027.

What you’ll be doing

  • Being the first point of contact for all our customers.
  • Providing initial advice on queries.
  • Liaising with internal and outside agencies.

The must haves

  • To be proficient in Microsoft office applications and able to compile and present data.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and able to work well in a team.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

The salary grade is £ 24,747 - £29,859 for part time hours will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
