As Head of Performance, you will design, deliver, and embed the organisation's performance framework, ensuring meaningful indicators are set, measured, and reported to provide clear oversight and assurance.
As a member of the Corporate Services Senior Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Team you will be a trusted advisor, shaping performance objectives and managing the development of the performance function.
Through digital innovation and analytical capability, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement and evidence led decision making.
You’ll be
- Designing and deliver the organisational performance framework.
- Driving digital innovation and transformation in performance and data.
- Providing accurate reporting and analysis to senior leaders to enable evidence-based decision making.
You must
- Be a skilled people manager with an ability to drive and deliver change/new ways of working.
- Have strong analytical and statistical skills with experience generate management information and business intelligence.
- Be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, planning and organisational skills.
