This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both planned and reactive cleaning requirements across multiple police sites. You will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and secure environments, including operationally sensitive areas such as custody suites, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and infection control standards.
This role is essential in supporting frontline policing by helping to maintain effective working environments across the organisation.
You will be assigned to designated areas within the Bedfordshire estate to complete scheduled cleaning tasks, while also responding to urgent or ad-hoc requirements as needed. You will be responsible for the safe use of equipment and cleaning products in line with COSHH and Health & Safety procedures.
