South Wales Police are seeking to recruit a Front Office Services Manager to work within the innovative and dynamic National Data Management Unit.
The successful post holder will manage and develop the delivery of the National Data Management Unit as a centre of excellence in relation to data service provision. Leading a team of data indexing professionals and developing National Policy and Standards as a recognised subject matter expert, the successful post holder will collaborate with key stakeholders including business assurance and monitoring, across multiple national services and complex frameworks.
The successful post holder will deliver services within a dual site, dual host force operating model within Wales and London. To act as a national subject matter expert and advise on national policy and support national training requirements. To deputise for the Assistant Director at a national level with senior stakeholders within the Counter Terrorism Network.
It is essential that candidates are prepared to successfully complete the enhanced security clearance and developed vetting process. The post holders will also require the successful completion of an additional security induction process, part of which requires pre-screening checks of nationality and foreign connections.
You will also be required to have lived within the UK for a minimum of 10 years in order to be suitable for this level of vetting required.
It must be stressed that in addition to developed vetting and force management vetting, candidates must achieve both clearances to take up this post and also attend and pass the required National Training Courses.
The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SV/DV Vetting.
