The Finance department has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Business Partner to join our dynamic team. We have a permanent position and a fixed term position (to May-2028) these posts are well suited to individuals that are looking to advance their career in finance business partnering and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supporting workplace.
Based within the Strategic Finance team, you will work closely with all areas of the business to assist with helping budget holders/heads of departments achieve the force objectives.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing support and challenge to help the business achieve its targets.
- Provide support to budget managers in the monitoring of their financial performance.
- Assist in business development and business case review.
What you will bring:
- Part/ fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
- Experience of budget setting and management accounting.
- Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills.
