Finance Apprentice
At North Wales Police we have a great opportunity for an Apprentice in our Finance Department to provide general administration and support.
To obtain a solid grounding in financial processes within North Wales Police and to work towards the completion of the AAT levels 2 &3. The training programme will include general administration within the designated business area within North Wales Police.
This Finance Apprentice opportunity will provide you with:
- Assist finance team with general administrative duties
- Assist with input and issue of debtor invoices and statements
- Assist with bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies,
- Data inputting and processing utilising a variety of any required IT packages. Training will be provided for any bespoke Force packages.
- Work closely with other finance team members to support various financial functions and contribute to team objectives.
The experience you’ll bring to the Apprentice role;
- IT skills and an understanding of Microsoft Office or similar IT packages
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work well in a team
- Self-motivated and flexible
- 4 GCSE’s at Grade C or above or equivalent level of qualification (to include Maths and English) for those awaiting their GCSE Results please provide predicted grades
