Estates Officer - Mechanical

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Estates Officer to join our Estates Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving the mechanical infrastructure that supports our police buildings and operational facilities.

As a Mechanical Estates Officer, you will ensure that critical mechanical systems across our estate remain safe, compliant, reliable, and fit for purpose, helping to support frontline policing 24 hours a day.

Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance, inspection, and improvement of mechanical building services across a diverse property portfolio including police stations, custody suites, operational buildings, offices, and specialist facilities.
