Officers will be asked to regularly attend ERSOU Offices, as such due to the demanding nature of the role and associated professional working practices, we advise applicants to consider the geography of the Eastern Region in relation to their anticipated home address before applying.

Type of person we want
We are looking for someone who is an experienced surveillance motorcyclist who currently operates in this role and who wants to join a high performing team in tackling serious & organised crime.
We want officers to apply for this role who are committed, ambitious and flexible. Officers are sought from diverse backgrounds with new ideas and ways of thinking. We want Officers who want to develop and push themselves within their careers
Please note this role attracts a Special Priority Payment (SPP), of £2000 per annum. Upon completion of training/when qualified £500 will be paid quarterly.
