Expression of Interest – Detective Constable Role in MID

Location – Based at Staffordshire Police HQ, Weston Road, Stafford, ST18 0YY 

An opportunity has arisen for operationally fit Detective Constables to work as part of the Major Investigation Department. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience within a specialist area, supporting the effective management of major investigations and contributing to high-profile cases.

The successful candidate will be part of Police officers and Police staff, who are responsible for conducting complex and major investigations within Staffordshire using the national computer system HOLMES (Home Office Large Major Enquiry System) and other recording systems.

Essential Criteria:

  • PIP2 accredited or working towards.

Desirable:

  • A working knowledge of HOLMES.
