The main purpose of the Customer Service Assistant – Site Officer role is to provide reception and site office services to the Hindlip site. In addition to managing and co-ordinating the effective delivery of a range of Business Operations services, ensuring they are balanced in terms of their individual and collective contribution the overall aims, objectives and needs of West Mercia Police, to enable delivery of acceptable levels of policing services.
