CTP NE Regional Change Manager
Counter Terrorism Policing – North East (CTP NE)

Counter Terrorism Policing North East (CTP NE) requires someone to be responsible for the implementation of all change affecting CTP NE. This will involve influencing the future shape and structure of the CTP regionally by leading, managing and co-ordinating projects professionally and effectively using project management techniques and preparing task packages for staff to ensure completion to agreed timescales, quality and budget.
You will assess the impact of change at regional level, managing regional readiness plans and ensuring staff are engaged and understand the change affecting them. In addition, you will be responsible for project plans, risk and issue registers for tracking and monitoring updates, manage escalations and manage effective change control.
You will also manage the provision of a comprehensive Facilities Management service, providing the Unit with a resilient and compliant estate whilst driving policy and process development to seek continuous improvement.
To be considered for this post can you answer yes to the following questions?
Are you educated to degree level or have relevant significant experience in organisational change?
Do you have detailed knowledge of Project Management along with substantive experience in project planning and control?
Are you Prince 2 or Agile Qualified and have experience of using Microsoft Project?
Do you have a detailed knowledge of working to Change Management principles, with substantial experience of leading on change projects or programmes?
Do you have significant experience of leading, developing, managing and co-ordinating major corporate organisational change projects?
Do you have excellent written communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of preparing reports for and presenting to Senior Officers and Staff?
Do you have a proven ability to lead, motivate and direct staff?
Do you have proven experience of successfully influencing Senior Managers in respect of business change?
Do you have the willingness and ability to travel for business purposes?
Are you prepared to work outside normal hours and away from normal place of work?
