Part Time Duties Planner
Counter Terrorism Policing – North East (CTP NE)

1 part time position working 22.12 hours (3 Days - Wednesday to Friday)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to play a key role in a unique team, supporting the work of Counter Terrorism Policing. CTP NE is looking to recruit a part time Duties Planner, with the overall purpose to produce, maintain and amend duty rotas in accordance with legislation and policy, ensuring that information is accurate, up to date and stored appropriately.
The Duties team provides a high quality, resource planning service for all Police Officers and Police Staff. This is a varied and challenging role where planning and organisational skills will help you in identifying resources for events across the network. You will actively maintain an efficient and accurate duties management system, taking appropriate action on exception reports, problem solving resource issues which arise as a result and maintaining optimum staffing levels in a cost effective manner.
Successful candidates will be competent in the use of a range of computer applications including Microsoft Office. You will come with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Candidates will also have the ability and the willingness to undertake training in the use of workforce management and other Force IT systems.
