Conduct Case Assistant

Key Responsibilities -

In this position you will be responsible for handing confidential information daily, with strong attention to detail. You will be managing a variety of administrative tasks including updating trackers, managing the email inbox, analysing information to provide timelines or look for risks, as well as providing the Senior Management Team with case updates.

It is essential that you are confident with the use of IT and databases as well as the use of Microsoft Packages, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel.

This role would be ideal for an individual who has an eye for detail, is flexible, can manage a busy workload, work to deadlines and someone who is a confident communicator and can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

A driving license is essential for this post.

This role can be based in either Dalmarnock or Grangemouth offices, please complete a location preference form when submitting your application for this role.

Hours will be - Monday and Friday - 0800-1600

Hybrid working is an option, you will be required to be in the office one day a week, however will be in the office 2 days until your training has been completed.
