An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cambs CARE Advocate working for Cambridgeshire Constabulary. This is not a clinical provision.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, who is compassionate with the ability to build positive relationships and rapport with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate pre-arranged wellbeing conversations, primarily for colleagues in higher-risk roles, such as Investigations and Protecting Vulnerable People teams but also 'walk in’ appointments for colleagues across the entire organisation.

- Provide support to the Cambridgeshire Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator in their contribution and delivery of the Cambridgeshire Wellbeing Strategy, the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Wellbeing Strategy and Workforce Prioritisation Guidance.
