The Audit Specialist will be responsible for managing audit workflows, proactively identifying risks, recording and developing intelligence, and escalating concerns appropriately. The role also involves conducting audits to ensure compliance and integrity across systems and processes. Our aim being to improve standards across BCH and collaborative units and contribute towards improved public confidence in policing.
Staff within the Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) are tasked with managing and auditing force systems to detect computer misuse, unauthorised disclosure of information, and other forms of misconduct. These audits support both ACU-led initiatives and respond to internal and external requests from departments across the BCH collaboration.
