Assistant Chief Constable

Dyfed-Powys is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, energetic, and focussed individual to support the Chief Constable, in leading the delivery of policing services for communities within the Dyfed-Powys Police area.

To be eligible to apply you must:

Be currently completing the College of Policing's executive leaders programme (ELP)

Have successfully completed the College of Policing's executive leaders programme (ELP)

Successfully completed the senior police national assessment centre (senior PNAC) and the strategic command course prior to 2023.

You will ensure that a high standard of professionalism and integrity is maintained and be responsible for promoting a positive culture, building a team that is compassionate, motivated, committed, and builds public confidence through the delivery of high quality services.
