This role is fixed term until 31st March 2027.
As part of the team working in the Policing Together division you can make a real difference by supporting the provision of the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit to our officers and staff.
The Scottish Violence Reduction Unit is an internationally recognised leader in the prevention of violence and we are looking for someone to join the team who will help the development and evaluation of programmes in Scotland.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a track record in evaluation and an understanding of criminology, psychology and/or public health.
Key Responsibilities -
To assist and support the VRU with the collation, research and evaluation of data and intelligence.
To prepare analytical and other research products for a variety of partners internal and external to the VRU and Police Scotland.
