‘This really is an exciting role for a person who likes working as part of a busy team to effectively investigate allegations of criminality linked to corruption and misconduct. The role involves evidence gathering, undertaking criminal and misconduct interviews and detailed report writing in order to present your findings for proportionate outcomes. You will take statements and pursue lines of enquiry including CCTV reviews, forensic examinations and interrogation of digital media. At the conclusion of any investigation will be a factual report to present the case facts and findings. There will be opportunities to highlight areas for improvement in the department and positively influence organisational practice and procedure.
