We’re looking for a dynamic individual to play a vital role in supporting our Firearms Licensing Department. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, maintaining accurate records in the National Firearms Licensing Management System, processing application fees, and assisting with the production of certificates. You’ll manage digital communications, handle general administrative tasks, and provide a professional first point of contact for members of the public. From liaising with applicants and GPs to supporting secure weapon storage procedures, your work will make a real difference.
For this role, you must:
- Have experience of working in a customer service or customer focused environment
- be process driven - working to tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
