Applications are invited to join a busy multifunctional office as a full time Admin Assistant.
About the team you will be joining.
The Safety Camera Unit is responsible for the administration of offences detected by safety camera on behalf of South Wales, Gwent and Dyfed Powys Police Forces. In addition, the unit manages data processing in respect of Operation Tutelage, a nationwide initiative to inform Registered Keepers/Owners of insufficient insurance cover.
The office is based in Forest Grove, Treforest, CF37 1UJ
We are predominantly office based, with the opportunity of working from home (once fully trained) 1 day per week, dependant on operational need.
About the role and key responsibilities.
Your duties will include, data entry, conversing with the public over the telephone, responding to enquiries in writing and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
This is a busy office that must adhere to deadlines set out in legislation and is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to making the road network in Wales safer.

The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to RV Level.
