An exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced legal setting, providing administrative services to the Legal Services Department of Gloucestershire Constabulary. You will work on a range of legal cases, including public protection, civil claims against the police, firearms and misconduct. Assisting the team through a breadth of administrative duties, you will not just be scanning and filing. As part of a small supportive team, you can make a real contribution in the provision of legal services to the Chief Constable, officers and staff.
What will the role involve?
This role will support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
This role will be responsible for duties including, word processing, co-ordination of office diaries, registering new cases, opening and managing digital case files, taking minutes, building bundles, paying invoices etc.
This role will be the first point of contact for the team and will be responsible for dealing with queries from internal and external agencies.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role?
We are looking for someone who is a good team player.
We are keen to hear from you if you are competent in Microsoft systems including Excel, and have previous administrative experience.
We are looking for someone who can prioritise tasks and has an excellent attention to detail.

The successful candidate for this role will be vetted at level Staff MV. This means the individual will need at least 5 years worth of residency in the UK.
