As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll ensure all IS incidents and requests are accurately recorded, handled, and progressed. You’ll act as a key communication link between the IS department and its customers and suppliers, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure every call is managed in a timely, professional, and customer‑focused manner.
You’ll be
- Accurately recording incidents/requests reported and actioning these or escalating where required.
- Developing self-help tools for users (e.g. FAQs, e-resources and e-learning).
- Tracking reports to ensure they are resolved within agreed timeframes and recommending improvements to increase performance.
You must have
- ICT support experience including providing a quality customer service.
- Experience using Service Desk software (e.g. Alemba and BMC Remedy).
- Proven record accurately resolving routine and complex ICT problems in a timely manner.
