CRC Business Support Team Operations Manager

The principal responsibility of the Contact & Resolution Command (CRC) Operations Manager is to hold day to day responsibility and command of resources across either the Force Contact Centres or Police Enquiry Offices, in order to support the delivery of high quality, customer-focused service to members of the Force, CRC and the public. 

The role will be based within one of the following teams within Contact & Resolution Command: 

- Police Enquiry Offices

- Force Contact Centre
