You will set and oversee the standards and approach undertaken by the team and ensure a quality service is delivered against identified requirements.
You will manage, guide and mentor analytical staff and coordinate the provision of appropriate analysis in support of regional and national priorities in the ongoing fight against organised crime.
As part of this role, you will also be required to partake in an on-call rota, as the Sensitive Intelligence Unit is also responsible for providing a 24/7 intelligence response for fast time crimes in action. This will include a requirement for some evening and weekend working and on call, approximately one week in every eight.
