Are you an experienced qualified Mental Health professional with proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary clinical teams, able to demonstrate excellent communication, assessment and formulation skills, to provide evidence-based interventions. Do you have substantive experience in working with people experiencing a range of presenting mental health symptoms and conditions and an understanding of trauma focused clinical pathways. A strong knowledge of and ability to identify and triage mental health risk management is essential along with exceptional clinical skills and a compassionate approach.

Your role will involve providing advice and guidance to identify appropriate therapeutic pathways, to support individuals and supervisors in positive engagement to sustain and or return to work. Candidates will hold a valid RMN qualification and be registered with the NMC.
