Reporting to the Application Support Team Leader, you will provide advanced technical expertise across GMP’s database estate, ensuring the integrity, performance and security of business critical SQL Server and Oracle systems.
This exciting and varied role will put you at the forefront of delivering robust and innovative database services within Greater Manchester Police, supporting an organisation that is enhancing its IT capability and is a dynamic, collaborative place to work. You will resolve complex technical incidents, implement proactive performance tuning and capacity planning, deliver patching across the database estate, and contribute to continual service improvement.
