Force Headquarters is home to GMP’s command team as well as a number of corporate departments.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a cook, working to the Unit Catering Manager, to deliver breakfast and lunch to officers and staff. The unit also provides hospitality throughout the building and occasional emergency catering to force-wide operations.
We are seeking an individual who can provide a high standard of food varieties and customer service within tight budgets. Having a strong understanding of food trends, along with creativity in the kitchen, is essential.
You'll need to have prior catering experience in a fast-paced environment.
City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 qualifications, or equivalent, plus food hygiene certification are essential for this role.
