Out of Court Resolutions (OOCR) Administrator (Part Time)
Part time post, 17.5 hours per week.
In this role you will be joining the Out of Court Resolutions (OOCR) Team. Initially based at Reading but around January 2026 it will permanently move to Bracknell Police Station.
Your role will be part of the central administrative team. The team processes conditional cautions and community resolutions agreed by case workers and investigators. You could be enrolling suspects onto diversionary courses or liaising with the court payments office. You may be responding to enquiries from victims; or signposting about suspects non-compliance with agreed conditions.
Successful candidates will be expected to manage and prioritise their own workloads with minimal direction from Supervisors.
