Quality Assurance Evaluation & Development Officer

To provide expert advice, guidance and support to the Quality Assurance Development Unit, and Learning & Development to support the needs of the Strategic Alliance Governance and Design function.

Please note: 

This role involves assessment of candidates through the current NPPF Step 4 process, this is for both the Sergeant and Inspector ranks. This also involves management of the quality assurance process for the programme, liaising with external assessors. This role will include the development and implementation of the SIPP for these ranks when the College of Policing transition to this. Occupational competence is required for the work-based assessment of these ranks.
