Why West Mercia?

We will help you develop in your career, so you can achieve your full potential. We have a comprehensive range of in-house leadership and development programmes, and you regularly sit down with your line manager to discuss your progress, and to reflect on what you have achieved as part of our myMAX/PDR process.
