Winchester
Portsmouth South Unit (based in Southsea)
Portsmouth North Unit (based in Hilsea)
Southampton Unit (based in Milbrook)
New Forest (based in Dibden)
Basingstoke
Andover
Isle of Wight Unit (based in Newport)
Gosport
Hedge End

As a Volunteer Cadet Leader, your role will be to assist the Unit Leaders in the delivery of the Volunteer Police Cadet scheme. This scheme provides a safe environment where young people can learn as individuals, develop positive relationships with the police and actively support the community. If you have an interest in helping young people achieve their best and reach their full potential, apply now!
There are opportunities to become a leader no matter how many hours a week/month you are able to volunteer. The units operate around 2 hours per week in term times and you will be asked to assist in the running of sessions and supervision of cadets at policing events. You do not need any qualifications to become a leader as you will receive training to support you to develop your own knowledge and skillset.
