Lancashire Constabulary is looking for a Divisional Support Administrator to join our team to be based at Hutton Headquarters.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Divisional Support Team Leader in providing the divisional Facilities Management (FM) function and ensure the FM administration functions are delivered to a high standard to support and facilitate front line policing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the team objectives, following working practices and organisational procedures in the delivery of the support service.
- Maintain record systems/databases/inventories as required in respect of all issued equipment ensuring records are kept accurate and update to date.
- Facilitate the Constabulary travel policy, including co-ordination of pool cars and fuel cards for the division, and hire cars.
- To contribute to the team objectives, following working practices and organisational procedures in the delivery of the support service.

Skills and Experience:
Possess, or be willing to work towards within a period of 3 years, a Business Administration or Facilities Management (Level 2) qualification.
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Willing to undertake and pass the Constabulary Basic Driver Assessment prior to driving a Constabulary vehicle
Vetting and Medical:
Please be aware, as a condition of your appointment you must undergo and pass Recruitment Vetting (RV). Please be aware there is a minimum 3 year UK residency requirement for Recruitment vetting and you must be 18 years old at the point of applying. Successful applicants will also be subject to a medical assessment.
