About the Programme

You’ll begin your training at our Hutton HQ before joining an operational policing team. From day one, you’ll develop real-world skills through:

Entry Requirements

  • 2 A-Levels / Level 3 equivalent
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4)
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Experience in roles such as PCSO, Special Constable, Custody Detention Officer, or Control Room may count even without academic qualifications - you must currently once of these roles or have experience within the last 12 months (you must also be have completed your tenure period)

  • Application Deadline: 10th August 2026 at 10am
