We are seeking two highly organised and proactive individuals to provide high-quality administrative and research support within the Police Safeguarding Hub in Grantham. In this role, you will help ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to Lincolnshire Police, partner agencies, and the public, with a strong focus on protecting vulnerable people.
What You’ll Be Doing- Providing confidential administrative support, ensuring all Protecting Vulnerable Person (PVP) referrals are managed appropriately
- Creating, maintaining, and monitoring accurate records and correspondence in line with safeguarding procedures
- Researching and analysing information across IT systems to support effective decision-making and information sharing
- Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders via phone and email
- Supporting multi-agency processes, including preparing documentation for MARAC and MACE meetings
- Producing reports and statistics to support safeguarding and crime support functions
- Liaising with partner agencies to support responses to vulnerable person concerns
This role plays a vital part in safeguarding vulnerable individuals across the community. By ensuring accurate information is recorded, shared, and acted upon, you will contribute directly to protecting children and adults at risk, while supporting effective partnership working across agencies.
