NEOF - PC Learning & Development Trainer

Paving their path to protection

Every Ministry of Defence Police officer who defends UK Defence starts their path to protection in your classroom.

As a trainer with the Recruit Training Team, you'll deliver engaging, meaningful training that equips New Recruits with the skills, knowledge and professionalism they need for one of policing's most unique roles.

Based at the Defence School of Policing and Security, you'll bring criminal law to life through practical scenarios, mentor recruits through their 12-week journey, and act as a trusted first point of contact for their welfare.

No two days are the same in this fast-paced, rewarding environment, where you'll work alongside teams across MDP to develop the next generation of Defence police officers.
