About the Role
It is an exciting time to join Lincolnshire Police. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide efficient and accurate administrative support to our Learning & Development (L&D) function. This role plays a key part in supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training activities, ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge they need to perform at their best. You will be expected to consistently demonstrate organisational values and uphold the principles of the Code of Ethics.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering end-to-end administration for L&D activities, including bookings, joining instructions, registers, and cancellations
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and responding to L&D enquiries from employees, managers, and trainers
- Maintaining accurate training and competency records using core systems such as T-Police and Chronicle
- Monitoring attendance, completion, and compliance with mandatory training requirements
- Supporting financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR standards
- Providing flexible support across the wider L&D team as required
