We are looking to appoint a Security, IT & Compliance Manager based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a Counter Terrorism Policing Team.

In this role you will be, responsible for the implementation of all change affecting the Unit. With the inclusion of oversight to all CTP NE IT projects, infrastructure and security. You will be further responsible for providing an independent source of specialist security enforcement and risk management expertise. You will hold strategic responsibility for the direction, development and implementation of security, change, compliance and facilities management across all 7 Regions of the CTP NE.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or have relevant experience in organisational change, you will have detailed knowledge of project management and experience in project planning and control. You will be able to analyse information thoroughly and critically and produce comprehensive and detailed reports and have proven experience of successfully influencing senior managers in respect of business change.

It is essential that you already hold or have the ability to successfully achieve and maintain the College of Policing Operational Security advisor accreditation course and have previous experience of working in a secure environment and ability to maintain awareness, confidentiality and discretion.
