Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing payment of administration charges from alarm companies and keyholder accounts for systems they have installed in Lancashire. To ensure administration fees are recorded accurately and maintained on a database.
- To monitor the performance of alarm companies in relation to the Security System Policy and to take action to remedy any shortfalls, which may include the issue of formal warnings or removal of ‘Compliancy’.
- Liaison with national governing inspectorate bodies and liaison with other forces if the alarm company is based outside of Lancashire.
- Receiving and Processing applications from new alarm Installation & Maintenance companies and Alarm Receiving Centres requesting inclusion onto our force list of compliant companies, who wish to install or monitor alarm systems in Lancashire.

Skills and Experience:
- PNC/LEDS person/Vehicle Training or a willingness to complete training within 6 months.
Knowledge and understanding of ACPO Security Systems Requirements.
Working knowledge of SmartSTORM, Storm mapping system, Microsoft Outlook and
Microsoft Excel, plus good keyboard skills.
Experience of producing accurate written information and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
Vetting and Medical:
Successful applicants will be required to pass Management and Security Vetting prior to commencing their role.
**Please be aware there is a minimum 5 year UK residency required for Management Vetting.
