We are seeking a PNC & LEDS Data Quality Supervisor to join our Contact Management team at Lancashire Constabulary Headquarters. This is a part‑time job-share position (2 days per week – Thursday and Friday), responsible for supervising a team of Data Quality Officers who ensure accurate, compliant, and high‑quality records on the Police National Computer (PNC) and Law Enforcement Data Service (LEDS).
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, supporting, and developing staff to deliver a high‑quality PNC and LEDS service.
- Ensuring compliance with national standards, legislation, and data protection requirements.
- Monitoring, auditing, and quality‑checking data entries to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Providing guidance and expert advice to internal departments and external partners on complex data issues.
This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in team leadership, data quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a vital part in supporting operational policing by ensuring the accuracy and reliability of critical law‑enforcement data.
Vetting and Medical:
Please be aware, as a condition of your appointment you must undergo and pass Management Vetting (MV). Please be aware there is a minimum 5 year UK residency requirement for Managetment vetting and you must be 18 years old at the point of applying. Successful applicants will also be subject to a medical assessment.
