An exciting opportunity has arisen to for a Project Support Officer to join the Demand and Continuous Improvement Team within Corporate Services. The team work across the Force to identify areas for improvement and use specialist skills and tools to facilitate the development of new ways of working.
We are looking for Continuous Improvement Project Support Officer to support the delivery of the Continuous Improvement Programme of work. They will be responsible for:
- Supporting local Continuous Improvement SPOCS and the innovation structure to empower staff to make positive change within their teams
- Supporting workshops with business leads and stakeholders to map out current process, identify barriers and opportunities to improve
- Using root cause problem solving with practitioners to fully understand issues and develop solutions
- Providing project management support to deliver the change
- Researching best practice across policing and other organisations
