PPN Risk Assessor
Team/Department:
PPN Risk Assessing Team - Safeguarding and Public Protection Department.
Part/Full Time:
Full Time Role (37 hours, permanent, flexible contract.)
PPN Risk Assessing Team:
- The PPN Risk Assessing Team are based within four hubs across the three BCUs.
- Risk Assessors are required to work one weekend in four.
The role involves:
- Carrying out a wide range of crucial functions in safeguarding vulnerable members of our society.
- Receiving public protection notifications and risk assessing them using a variety of tools and computer source systems.
- Instigating the necessary safeguarding and protective measures and share information where appropriate with partner agencies.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an investigative mind set, is a good communicator and organised.
- Has a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Is computer literate and has a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
The successful Candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to MV/SC Vetting.
