Message from Chief Constable

We are seeking applications from substantive Superintendents or substantive Chief Inspectors who can demonstrate their ability for immediate promotion to work at a Superintendent level.
You will thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment, bringing energy, motivation and strong operational expertise. Our ambition is simple yet bold: policing excellence as standard. You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and protecting our communities.

Location: You will work across Warwickshire and you will be based at one of our sites, dependent on the specific posting.
The closing date for applications is midday on 27 February 2026.
For colleagues who are shortlisted for interview, you must be able to attend a selection day on either 20 or 24 March 2026.
