Senior Performance Officer

Lincolnshire Police are recruiting for a Senior Performance Officer, they will deliver Force performance products in line with the Force, Home Office, NPCC and HMICFRS objectives.

They will be responsible for the delivery of the force performance framework, providing professional advice and reporting to the force and OPCC in respect of performance related matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the force's performance staff with regard to their working practices. They will be responsible for the delivery of statutory performance requirements and practices in line with the Home Office, NPCC, and HMICFRS.

Shift Pattern

7.5 hrs a day, Mon-Thurs (08:00 – 16:00 with 30 mins lunch break)
7 hrs, Fri (08:00-15:30 with 30 mins lunch break)
No weekend working
