IT Service Desk Support Analyst

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled IT Service Support Analyst to join our team and deliver high-quality support across a wide range of business applications and systems. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be at the heart of our IT service delivery—responding to queries via phone and email, diagnosing technical issues, and applying first-line fixes or escalating to third-party providers when necessary.
You’ll:
- Provide responsive support to officers and staff, delivering timely solutions and technical advice.
- Resolve incidents and service requests, while supporting changes, developments, location maintenance, and system administration.
- Recommend, configure, and implement IT equipment and software, in line with IT standards and security policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation of resolutions and procedures to promote continuous learning and efficiency.
- Foster strong working relationships with colleagues through clear, confident, and constructive communication.
